You will own a workstream, ship measurable deliverables, and leave behind reusable systems. Unpaid - but portfolio-grade and outcome-tracked. Better than most paid internships. You own defined duties from day one. You get weekly operator feedback, a transparent assessment rubric, and portfolio-ready artifacts - memos, SOPs, scorecards, and shipped tools. About You You have a background in sales operations, go-to-market strategy, or business development. You are comfortable building systems from scratch, running outreach campaigns, and tracking conversion metrics. You think in pipelines and care about measurable outcomes. STRONG FIT Strong fit for candidates with sales ops, GTM, or business development backgrounds. Build and manage qualified MSP target pipelines across supplier, job-advert, and geography channels. Own outreach sequencing and conversion operations. 90-day deliverables Pipeline architecture and segmentation model Outreach system with weekly conversion tracking Optimization memo and SOP handoff package Strong fit for candidates with sales ops, GTM, or business development backgrounds. Design outreach sequencing cadence and set up CRM pipeline tracking. Days 31–60: Launch outreach across 3 channels. Track open, reply, and conversion rates weekly. Refine messaging based on response data. Run A/B tests on subject lines and CTA copy. Days 61–90: Produce an optimization memo summarizing conversion learnings.
