Criteria is mfg/industrial/distribution/service: 40+ employees and a minimum of $5m revenue and 8 years in business. Ideally $15m-$100m revenue however.

Your niche is like taking candy from babies. It's so easy to find it. Pretty much more than half of the businesses are in distress. These owners are much easier to find and serve than the owners of wonderful businesses. Who might be for sale. 🤔
