Adopting AI to increase multiples

Is anyone leveraging AI agentic solutions like avoca.ai in their business? Things like answering calls 24/7 and booking appointments into the CRM, placing outbound calls, instantly getting back to Angi's or Thumbtack's leads, analyzing in-house CSR calls, etc. Increasing operational efficiency and boosting growth rate is a good strategy to increase business valuation multiples, too.
