Advertising Advice on Ownership Opportunity

I'm looking to promote this and make an introduction between the parties. I will be financially compensated and also have equity in the parent company. What compliance concerns should I be aware of?

Growing, profitable manufacturing company located in Atlantic Canada looking to welcome owner/investors. Due to expoential growth we're looking for owner/operators to take over the operations and management of our pallet division.
