I’m looking for some advice on options for our business. We have a profitable, successful digital marketing training business that’s been mothballed while the founder focuses on a new venture in the AI space. It’s a genuinely great business—perfect for someone looking to enter or expand in the Middle Eastern market or for an entrepreneur seeking a turnkey business that just works. The founders are open to providing support for handover but won’t be involved long-term. We’re pretty open-minded about deal structures, though a full acquisition would be preferred (& super pragmatic on price).
