Looking for guidance from folks who have successfully done non-brokered deals on the right level of screening to complete before entering leads into CRM and email sequences. Did you take a “boil the ocean” approach or do more targeted identification up front?

Thanks!

I have found in Construction that the website is worst way to source because they are never up to date. I use industry certificati0ns or awards. Typically suppliers or manufacturers will have list of the best quality contractors or largest buyers.

Does the business have a website? Does it match the industry from which the list was generated? Can you find owner contact info? If yes to all three, move forward. You will scrub out quite a bit using this approach,
