I think it's the same process as choosing any other service provider.You want someone with the right background, experience, and relationship.You want someone that has seen and closed many ecommerce transactions and knows how to do it.An attorney who looks for ways to close a deal and not stop a deal is also key.You also want to work with someone who understands your specific needs and you get a long with.I'm sure there are other factors at play but those are the ones that come to mind right now.
