There are multiple ways to source some pool deals, but I guess first you have to decide if you are going to be dealing with a broker or you are planning to source the deal directly from the seller. If its a broker you can simply do a search on google, get the business brokers and email them as well as search their website. If it proprietary then you can email a scraped list, call that list, mail that list, text campaigns, and/or paid ad campaigns. If you need more help with this then you can just DM me
