Advice on USA Visas and relocating from UK

The UK is in a bad way, and the economy is such that despite having a successful business, it is increasingly challenging to grow as consumers are under pressure and confidence is low. Any meaningful turnaround is unlikely under the current government.

I am looking at my visa options and wondered if anyone had recently moved to the USA and what their experience was with visas. EB5 seems the best choice, but guaranteeing 10 full-time full-time in 2 years is risky.

Hi, I am sure you have seen the news lately about all the changes at government agencies. The situation is changing by the hour, so whatever someone has experienced until now will probably be different tomorrow. From people that I know working on their visas for now, is that there are huge delays in everything.

Thanks Radoslav - I was more interested in the specifics from anyone who had applied and what the criteria was rather than timing.
