Advisors for Canada/US Cross-Border Transaction

We’re working on an acquisition involving a Canadian parent company with a US subsidiary. Revenue is about evenly split between the two geographies. Hoping to find lawyers and/or tax advisors who have experience with Canada–US cross-border deals. If you’ve worked with someone you’d recommend, would appreciate any names or intros.
