In brief about myself, my background and experience is in law. However, for the past half decade, I’ve been working for a SMID co in DFW, TX providing legal, management, and strategic operations guidance to the business and owners. My direct exposure is legal, compliance, risk management, and HR. With that said, I also provide M&A support, capital raising support, and strategic operations guidance to the company. While I am ultimately a “searcher” at heart, I’d also like to support the community through advisory board positions as well.
