Aerospace MRO Company

I am working towards the aquisition of an Aerospace MRO company in the DACH region, currently in preparation for the offer (under NDA) and seeking investors to help finance the deal. The company is providing 145 and CAMO services to a recurring customer base which are mainly utilizing business jets for their operations. In the past 2 years, the company had a different CEO/owner who is now under the need to sell 100% of all company shares. There is an established team of 30 employees and the company is generating a 4-year average revenue of EUR 6.2M and average EBITDA of EUR 370k. Comparative performance values (of the previous owner) showed an average EBITDA of EUR 540k with similar revenue values/same staff. The company valuation is EUR 2M including EUR 1,3M of inventory (spare parts). The purchase price wil be much lower, the remaining funds could be used as working capital until the company is stabilized again.
