Currently, I am under LOI to acquire a unique aftermarket auto parts manufacturing company. This business operates through online B2B and B2C sales channels and generates more than $5 million in annual revenue. The company has achieved $1.2 million in SDE over the TTM period (confirmed by QoE). I am acquiring the business at a purchase price of $4.5 million (3.6x multiple). I already have a term sheet from a lender. To complete this transaction, I am seeking equity partners to contribute $766,000, complementing the $265,000 I am personally investing in the deal.
