I'm looking to put in a LOI on a ag manufacturing company. I have potential bank financing of $9 million but need $2.65 million more. I'm interested in talking with anyone who is interested in agriculture or manufacturing. I've signed an NDA so I can't put too much information.

Either. I have 1 bank that likes the deal and will put up a large amount toward the acquisition. I may need another bank for the deal.
