Searchfunder.com is an online community of searchers, investors, lenders, brokers and other professionals. Over 80% of those involved in searchfunds maintain a Searchfunder account to help them network, hire, and mentor others.

I've tested a dozen or so over the last year and DealMatch has been my favorite by far. In fact, I've been under LOI 3x in the last year thanks to their platform. I recently published my thoughts on the top brokered deal aggregators to help other searchers compare pros and cons: redacted If you're not using these tools to build and manage your pipeline of relevant brokered deals, you're likely wasting hours per week or not being comprehensive in your search.
