AI-Driven Personalized Cold Outreach Tool

Hi Everyone,

I started my search a couple of years ago and got a little side-tracked; ended up building a SaaS Platform to solve one of my own problems - cold outreach.

I was writing personalized cold emails to business owners, manually. It was taking me at least 5 minutes to research and craft a compelling message with some key (unique) points about the business and/or owner.

Long story short, I had a programmer build a rudimentary program and my response rates from owners more than tripled. I decided to build something for everyone (namely searchers) to use. This was the genesis of Grafo, a platform that uses a combination of out-of-the box AI and proprietary tech.

Thanks, will take a look. Also worth mentioning that it might be worth considering a new name given there is already an app called Buddy which has the Buddy.AI domain and is really the only thing that comes up on a Google search.

Thanks for your comment! I initially used GPT for cold messages, but found the messages inconsistent so I couldn't put them into my email templates without editing them. I also had to spend time doing my own online research and put the data into the prompts (which I re-wrote tons of times). Lastly, a lot of the messages sounded very GPT-ish.

Here's how Grafo solves these issues:

1. Consistent & Natural Syntax: Uses proprietary tech to standardize & naturalize messages so the messages can: (a) be inserted into email copies (b) sound more natural than (purely) GPT

2. Reliable Data: Gathers real-time, publicly-available information from the web to incorporate into messages
