There’s plenty of AI hype out there, but here’s the practical ways AI boosts deal flow: 1. Public database research. The Internet is filled with databases of info that were too big and disorganized for individual searchers to reasonably gather info from. AI does that day and easily. Huge unlock. 2. Personalized outreach. When doing cold outreach, AI can dynamically update each cold email, social media DM, or text message based on researching each individual target owner. 3. AI Workflows. Building automated workflows for gathering & enriching contract data and then performing meaningful amounts of outbound saves hours of manual work. And now with Claude Routines, you don’t need tools like n8n or Zapier. Those are just a few examples. There are plenty more.
