Hi all, what are the best use cases you have found to use AI in your search, either in proprietary or brokered processes? I feel like I may be missing out on some tools

AI can be used in your search to help filter out companies on a list, it can be used to help craft a message to a seller with a negotiation, it can be used to craft outreach messages, it can be used to help structure offers, and even format the offer to send over, it can be used to look over legal docs and spot areas where the doc makes you liable and vulnerable in the deal.
