AI-powered / Cost Effective QoE Providers?

Hi all - we are under LOI for a small dog daycare business (including the real estate). I'm wondering whether anyone has seen worthwhile cost effective Quality of Earnings providers? I am building an agent in Claude who can do most of the work but want a second set of eyes and sign off on what I'm getting back. There's lot of small accounting firms out there that do this but I assume that with the explosion of AI tools that can replicate, that the cost must come down commensurately with the work required. Any recommendations?
