AI - reduce reliance on vendors

One of the biggest challenges I’ve noticed in this AI era, is… vendors. Conforming to their formats, system connections, and stickiness.

It’s really much simpler than that. It doesn’t have to be that hard, and you can get meaningful results in a short time.

Start with internal use cases (it reduces exposure and promotes human / AI feedback loops).

Keep content layouts simple. Convert to markdown (AI can do this for you).

Separate knowledge into small pools with discrete functions to start. The larger your expanse of knowledge, the more guardrails you need to put in place.
