If you own a contracting biz, HVAC, roofing, GC, fencing etc, what are your thoughts around voice AI appointment setters/receptionist into your business to capture all the calls at nights and weekends outside of business hours?

We are a marketing agency for home service companies, and we have implemented both AI voice and Text. Our clients are seeing the most benefit in answering calls that they had traditionally missed. We have a few clients that have even turned their phones over during business hours because the AI can book appointments directly into their calendars. The tech stack is really good and is still improving. Overall, the businesses have seen an increase in booked appointments and dont really get much pushback from potential customers for using AI

^redacted‌.. more than happy to chat. I've started using it, and helping clients implement it recently. The progress these AI tools have is pretty impressive.
