Alert: SBA Change coming March 1st

Thoughts? How will this change affect the current economy? As of March 1st even 1% of ownership by a non-citizen disqualifies a company from SBA loans. This includes legal permanent residents.redacted

There are already a number of posts talking about this change out here. It is not a positive one for sure and will impact many potential buyers that are on the path to citizenship. There are plenty of alternative lending platforms, so it will be interesting to see how much of an impact it has on pricing and demand.

Brad, what are the alternative platforms out there? My cousin has a deal under LOI and has a green card at the moment and has been researching alternative options.
