Alternative Lenders to SBA

Hi,

Looking at a lot of good options in some other lenders outside of the bank (credit funds, private lending companies, etc). Most I've found have just egregious terms and rates. There are 2 that I really like though (great rates), but open to suggestions.

Are there any that I should be looking at? Really needing some answers.
