Does anyone have experience acquiring Amazon FBA businesses using SBA loans? If so, please feel free to share your experience and advice on why it is or isn't a good idea.

For context, I own an FBA business that I started back in 2020 and it has been quite successful as a passive operation since then and continues to be so. I'm considering rolling up additional FBA businesses, but would like to see if anyone has experience with this. niche.

We have financed several Amazon businesses in the past via SBA lending. I would be happy to have a discussion with you from a financing perspective. You can reach me here or directly at redacted

To provide some general feedback, not all SBA lenders will finance e-commerce companies and specifically Amazon based businesses. It is easier to get businesses financed that sell multiple products and also sell via other streams as well and not just Amazon (website, direct to retailers, other online sales sites) because it provides diversification and protection. But we have had success financing pretty much every deal we have looked at.
