Owner-operator, not a searcher. Licensed ambulance and EMS company in its third year, about 40 W-2 employees, about 20 vehicles, serving hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, dialysis clinics, overflow partners, special events, and Medicaid transportation in central South Carolina. Trailing twelve months revenue is about $3.8M and growing: June set a company record at $384K, July is tracking just behind it with three days left to bill, and both are up roughly 30% against the same months last year. Growth is contract-driven. We added ALS capability in May after passing state inspection, which opens higher-acuity transports we previously had to decline. We hold agreements with the two largest private ambulance companies in the nation, and we have the intent to award in hand on the South Carolina State Fair EMS contract with terms in final negotiation. All new business has come to us this year except the fair, and we still have to turn away profitable trips in the evenings, nights, and weekends while we work on getting more staffing. The ask is a $500K to $725K term loan to retire merchant cash advances taken during a growth and billing-system transition, plus a $150K to $250K working capital line for payroll during contract ramp. Billing came in-house in June and collections have gone from $147K in May to $228K in July. Q2 operating EBITDA annualized is $126K, and trailing figures are depressed by roughly $122K of first-half financing costs that this refinance eliminates. Open to a hybrid of senior debt plus a convertible note that converts to equity, if that fits your mandate better. The file is bank-grade: normalized monthly P&Ls, source-built balance sheet, twelve months of statements, full debt schedule, and a categorized account register. Personal guarantee available. Timing decides this: two of the advances carry early-payoff discounts worth about $106K that expire August 19 and 23, and preliminary bank terms are already in hand at high single digits. Direct lenders and funds only, no upfront-fee brokers.
