Ambulatory Surgical Center Multiples

Looking for prevailing EBITDA /SDE multiple for ASC facilities. Do they follow the typical 3-4X EBIDTA under $1M or are multiples typically higher…or are they valued as multiple of revenue (e.g. 0.6 to 1)? I would also take cost of building out from scratch into consideration but looking for an average to run DD numbers.

BVR Transactions redacted(top of the page) search will provide EBITDA and SDE multiples on closed deals. Along with loads of other financial details like deal terms and any considerations. You can search by description or NAICS code.
