Analyst - Chief of Staff (Stamford, CT)

Rubicon Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ - Ticker RBCN) is a small public company (SPAC-like) that is looking to acquire a new operating company. We have over $25 million of cash on our balance sheet as well as the ability to issue publicly traded common stock. Looking for an acquisition or acquisitions below $100 million in enterprise value. We are looking for an individual to help us source transactions, analyze the opportunity, conduct due diligence and assist in closing. In addition, you will be asked to assist on special projects. The individual would work directly with me. I strongly prefer someone local so that we can work together in adjacent offices, but I would consider remote for an incredible candidate.
