Looking for a Toronto based analyst to support due diligence on a healthcare acquisition currently under contract ($3-5 mil EBITDA). The role will focus on financial analysis and modelling. The position is initially part time, with the potential to transition to full time as due diligence progresses, closing is completed and the business is integrated. During due diligence this will be primarily a remote role. Prior F, P & A modelling experience required and experience with general ledger and financial statement preparation is an asset.
