I’m not a lender but I am doing a rollup in the Petcare space in the US. I’ve successfully done a rollup in the gymnastics space with $25 mil in capital raised for that. I’m taking the same playbook and applying it to the petcare space. Thanks Luke for the tag. Happy to chat

I'm not super close to it, but I've observed a handful of rollups in the vet space in America and Canada. Generally very high multiples by institutional investors, but also a big opportunity for rollups of smaller clinics that don't quite fit into their criteria as well. I just listened to a good podcast episode by some guys rolling up vet clinics though and I suggest giving it a listen to hear how they differentiate their consolidation play.
