Evani Mannur and I are excited to announce the official launch of our Search Fund, TwentyTwo Capital Partners. TwentyTwo Capital Partners has been born out of a shared passion for business, growth and life-long learning following completion of their Executive MBA at Cambridge Judge Business School. We exist to preserve and grow the legacy, exceptional people, trusted relationships and values of a successful small to medium sized business based in the UK. We are looking to acquire a profitable business with EBITDA >£1.5m, recurring revenues, strong cash flow generation, and low customer concentration. Our focus is on B2B businesses and have over three decades of operations experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Infrastructure, Financial Services, Technology, Retail, Engineering and Design.
