Any experience buying a Managed Service Provider (MSP)?
IF you have bought or owned (or own) an MSPredactedI would love to hear your thoughts to how to best evaluate, common pitfalls, common pain points, etc. as it relates to this type of business. I want to be an absentee owner so I also need to understand what type of team needs to be in place.
