We have an LOI from a buyer in South Africa for a freight forwarding company in New Jersey (Revenue - $8.7mm, SDE - $750k+, EBITDA - $600k+, Listed at $2.25mm). The buyer is looking for sources of financing in the US to limit any FX impact. The buyer does not qualify for an SBA program as there is no green card.

The buyer has several businesses in South Africa, including one in a similar industry. The target company would allow him to tap into the US market using a Delaware-based acquiring entity.

Does anyone have any experience arranging funding sources for such an international buyer? I am happy to share the CIM, post an NDA, if it helps.

Thanks,
Vipin

Hi Vipin, I'd love to connect with you on the South African buyer looking at a U.S. company - not sure how old your post is? Thanks

Hi Eric, The post is 3 years old and this deal was closed with a US based buyer. Please send me an email with some more information on how you think we can collaborate on other opportunities. redacted
