Does anyone have experience or feedback (positive or negative) on Rejigg.com?

They advertise as a platform to connect buyers and sellers of small businesses. Pricing model is based on a finders fee charged to the buyer.

Some big advantages to Rejigg:
1. You get to connect directly with the seller, which helps with building a relationship quickly.
2. I'm seeing deals there that I'm seeing nowhere else.
3. EBITDA ranges and industries vary widely.
4. The success fee they charge for the connections is way, way lower than Axial.

Some disadvantages:
1. As another commenter mentioned, if you are performing a geographically limited search, the options available to you are going to be limited. You'll quickly expend all your target candidates and have to hope new ones come on the platform.
2. Unfortunately, the lead quality isn't always great. I've taken interest in a couple of listed opportunities, even reached out on the day of their listing, and have never received a response from the seller. One could argue this is a case where they are reviewing my profile and not seeing a match, but I can see in some of these cases that the owner has never been active or responded to anyone since the day of listing... so it's not me, they just never really engaged with the platform.

I agree with Jonathan on all of these items. I've never used Rejigg since we are quasi competitors, but I think it is a great strategy. With that said, off-market deals do inherently create challenges where the business owner sometimes is just posting themselves because they are curious and then get so busy that they never respond. Another trend too is that the business owner uses one of these tools to test the waters and then once they realize it is a ton of work to sell their business, go and hire someone anyways. Regardless, deal sourcing is a numbers game and people will always sell to people that they like and trust. That is why I recommend using all of these tools since at the end of the day, the biggest cost is your precious time :)
