Is it very cyclical?
I imagine that it depends completely on real estate investment.
Heavy capex, but tower crane lifespan of more than 20 years makes it less uncertain

Crane rental businesses are operated differently from typical construction equipment or material handling / lifting peers, as you also provide the operator or the crane for the project rather than just the equipment. Margin profile is also different. As you point out, different life span of the equipment.
