Any experienced operators or investors in custom furniture manufacturing?

Hi all,

I am in the process of acquiring a $10M revenue custom commercial furniture manufacturer based in NJ expected to close in 1Q25. I’m currently doing some due diligence on comparable companies and what is a potential exit multiple look like for this type of business. If you’re in this space or have any knowledge about creating value in a business with a plan on exiting and what are the steps to take to transform the business in preparation for a valuable exit, I’d love to hear from you. P.S- I have a commitment letter form Live Oak and deal is fully funded but open to bringing on a select search investor who might be interested in participating.
