Hello Searchfunder community! We're an offbeat independent sponsor that acquired an awesome SaaS business in###-###-#### It has been a great ride even though we probably made every mistake in the book. To those out there still looking to acquire their first business - don't give up. If you can just survive long enough you'll get through it. Luck comes to the survivors.

We're marketing a new deal now. There aren't a lot of SaaS investors in our world so thought I'd ask if you know any $100k to $1m check guys out there that are comfortable with software / "club deal" dynamics.

Hi ^redacted‌ -- I am doing a SaaS search right now and can share a few names. Unfortunately, many family offices/HNWI have fairly general theses. There are exceptions of course. Often they say they are open to tech/SaaS but then don't have any SaaS companies in their portfolio. Lets trade notes!
