Will share more information but gauging interest. Deal under LOI for very favorable terms operating with above average margins in the B2B commercial drywall, framing and ceiling acoustics space. In growing dynamic market with lots of upside going forward. Check size / total needed in the $1.5M range. Can be all equity or debt or combo debt / equity.
