Any good resources on structuring deal with passive and active partners?
Hi - I'm curious on some good methods or structures to put together a deal that has a more active partner with less than 20% invested and a more passive partner with 80%+ and PG on loans. Ideally, the active partner would take some sort of salary, be the main operator, and build additional equity over time. Are there simple ways to do this?
