1-n Capital (Self-Funded Search Fund) is currently searching in DACH with a (not too strict) sector focus on IT-Services & Digital Agencies.

As there have been some extremely successful roll-ups in Germany in the last few years (e.g., Connexta, Valantic, Timetoact etc.) many traditional PEs are now just waiting for someone to scale to a significant size. Thats what we want to do.

We do have a great pipeline of deals already, a great principal team and a strong and hands-on advisory board. Now we are looking to connect with potential investors, also potentially for add-ons.

Our principal team has PE (small-to largecap) , consulting and entrepreneurship backgrounds. We have great connections to potential PE & strategic buyers along the road. We also offer some great additional sweeteners for investors.
