Any one with California Real estate broker license on search funder?

We have a strong lead for a property management company in LA. The seller doesn't want to lend his license. My business partner will get the real estate broker license in six months approx. I am looking for ideas and people (brokers with current active licenses) who can support interim or long-term if there is alignment.
