Most financial M&A firms will offer QoE and QoE Lites. But if all you need is a numbers analysis, then that's mostly what you will get. However, what you really need is a analysis that partners QoE with deep insights specific to the industry. This requires more than a CPA to do the analysis. It requires someone who has a CPA to do the deep-dive partner with an acquirer that has purchased businesses.
