Perhaps not the solution for sophisticated searchers, but those just getting started and current MBA/business school students may want to consider going an entrepreneur law clinic at a local law school. MIT/BU, Harvard and BU all have programs. Students do the grunt work, but it is all overseen by clinic professors with significant legal experience. Clinics are good options for early stage work, such as formation, trade mark registrations and founder shareholder agreements.
