Any recommendations on Sell Side M&A Lawyers?
I'm a business broker and looking to provide some recommendations to my clients for sell side M&A lawyers. I've already offered a couple I used before (one requires a retainer of $30K and the other is at $540/hr.), but some of my clients are looking for a less expensive lawyer to mainly draw up the purchasing agreement and probably go back and forth on redlines 2-3 times with the buy-side lawyer.
