Any searchers here raised $6-8M in equity for a first deal?

I'm actively looking for IT and data services firms with $2-3M EBITDA alongside raising likely $6-8M in LP capital for the deal. Are there any searchers / sponsors here that have experience with that size of raise? Curious on the cap stack mix (family office, HNW, PE, etc). Thanks!
