There are many digital tools that enable small business ownership out there and even more that now tagged as "AI" that are meant to help scale growth quickly. I'm reaching out in interest of learning what tools this searchfunder community has used and would recommend other business owners adopt? [to specifically help with use cases including staff scheduling, enhancing customer experience, GTM, backend bookkeeping, financial planning, etc.] For context: I'm looking for AI tools that can be applied to or used by a brick and mortar / retail, health and wellness, and franchise business based in the NYC metro area space.
