Any thoughts on valuing a logistics company?

I'm looking at a regional trucking company with a variety of services. FTL, LTL, Local P&D, warehousing, and brokerage. I have a good bit of experience in the technology side of the business, but don't really know where to start on valuation other than standard business metrics. Any tips?

I concur, even after a decade in the industry, its a really tough space. Its on a knifes edge constantly and you need to be incredibly effective at managing your customers/pipeline and assets.
