My contact is working with a company specialized in fasteners and other mechanical parts; it has a lot of certifications and is a tier 1 supplier of Boeing/Airbus. It is looking to expand its presence in the states, acquiring middle-market companies that essentially do the same things. I was wondering if you happened to know either some private companies in this space or any PE with some portfolio companies that might be interesting for it.
