Anybody know a good Fractional CFO for digital services businesses?

Hi All,

I am looking at acquiring a digital services business with between $1m & $1.5m in SDE, with SBA financing. I have a specific deal in the pipeline (potentially close to LOI), but regardless whether that specific deal materializes, I need to find a good fractional CFO who can work with the business from day one (actually before day one - from the moment of LOI).

I have found at least 1 fractional CFO with whom I would be comfortable working if I end up acquiring an inventory ecommerce business, but have not found someone whose competencies lie in digital services. Does anybody have a highly competent fractional CFO they have worked with, with this background?

To be clear, the business model is digital services, with a significant element of recurring revenue, but it is not a SaaS company.

We tell them what we need and they bring the talent, process and software and "get it done" -either as a project or ongoing. Highly recommended.
