Anyone buy and/or invest an advertising agency lately?

I'm in discussions with some agency owners and wanted to see what people are seeing for current multiples of EBITDA. Have anyone purchased an ad agency before? What sort of terms did you settle on and multiple? Did you transition out the owner?

Second, does anyone have an interest in investing in these types of businesses? I have leads on a few with EBITDA either side of $1M and would need to raise some equity to acquire one or more of these and looking to connect with those experienced in this sector.
