Thanks for the tag ^redacted‌ but I am still in the hunt for MSP/IT Services acquisitions and haven’t gotten deep enough in to be of any real help here. ^redacted‌ at Vista seems to have several of these types of businesses for sale so may have some insights as to who is buying and if he has any experience with folks doing any roll-ups. Yes. I am the author of the MSP Business Evaluatator and Accelerator. I was an MSP for over 20 years, during which I did my own and assisted others in M&A, and have been performing Rollups for 15+ years.
